Negotiate Offer(s)
• Breakdown offer(s) and proceed with negotiating terms
• Bind contract
• Agent communication

Contract to Close
• Inspections / Appraisal
• Consistent communication with buyer’s lender & agent to ensure financing is going through
• Collect all necessary paperwork
• Schedule transfer of utilities (electric, gas, water, etc)
• Coordinate closing date and signing times
• Pack!

Closing Day & Beyond
• Sign, sign, sign
• Update new address (see next page)
• Celebrate!
